I rarely have super exciting life updates. We’re pretty laid back here.
I wrote an email to my congress representative about the whole USPS thing. The grocery store didn’t screw up the grocery delivery that badly, which is honestly kind of surprising. (We’re getting about half our groceries delivered right now because the large supermarkets are two potentially crowded buses away and, ya know, COVID-19.)
I just finished reading Chosen Ones by Veronica Roth. If you, too, would like to feel like your book has ripped out your innards and put them back, here’s the US Amazon link to the ebook. Or your library probably has it.
Last week I read Every Heart a Doorway by Seanan McGuire. It was phenomenal, but also…yeah.
I think I’m going to go read the new Sam Burns book now. And then maybe a few more cuddly romances. Yeesh.
Yes I did give you links to all of those. Because.
My husband crochets. He made me a beautiful summer sweater. Well, maybe a fall sweater. It’s so hot here right now.
And here’s a picture of Floyd pouting a little because I stole his soft thing so I could take a picture of it.
The untitled Jane and Olivia is surprisingly close to being done. But you still have to wait for Charlie to have their way with it. Sorry. The Mistletoe Problem is also on schedule. Miraculously.
And that’s about all the excitement I’ve got right now. Good night, lovely peoples.
